FAQs
Level 1 – you can start immediately.
For Level 2 – we will begin the Live Calls in September, but you are free to get started whenever you have completed Level 1 and you’re ready to move forward. The first Coaching Call will be the Live Jump Start Call and the Calls continue every 2 weeks with a new module until the course is complete. Each Live Call will be to review the prior module, to answer questions, to offer live support and healing demos.
A. Plan on setting aside 2 to 3 hours a week for this program for best results. Some weeks, you can devote less time. The module lessons are kept to reasonable length so you can take notes and schedule time to do the exercises.
The Live Coaching Calls are 90 minutes, with an extra half hour added for healing sessions if needed.
A. This is a 14-week program. We highly encourage you to follow the momentum of the group and to do this in community. However, you can definitely go at your own pace.
If you should get behind, don’t worry – we understand that life happens. You should be able to easily catch up when you’re ready. There’s no pressure… And the Coaching Calls are always recorded.
A. Yes, you will have support on the Live Calls; you can always email your questions in advance, and you will have technical support from our wonderful tech team. Also we have found that each community becomes a wonderful source of support.
A. Level 1 is self paced.
For Level 2 the training modules are available every 2 weeks over 12 weeks, in the exact order for you to gain skills and understanding and get some practice. You’ll move through the modules step-by-step so you won’t feel overwhelmed or pressured.
Each module is designed so that momentum builds as the program progresses.
Videos, audios, demos and action guides are included in the modules to show you exactly what to do, and to support you.
In addition, Live Calls are held every 2 weeks, which for some participants have been the most important part of the Program. This is where the healing and transformative power of the work and the community all comes together. They are invaluable whether you attend in person or listen to the replays.
However, we highly encourage you to join in and take full advantage of the gifts of the community LIVE. This is where we see some of the greatest benefits happening.
