In this CD, Dr. Susan Lange, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, guides you through a series of exercises that help you breathe more deeply, relax, and tune in to your body on a deep level. Therapeutic background music helps you relax and glide slowly into deeper levels of breathing, to alpha, delta and theta states of awareness. This opens you up to be able to take full advantage of this gentle journey of self discovery. By breathing deeply and paying attention to the physical sensations in your body, you learn to use your body as biofeedback.
